Software

I have participated as a developer, researcher and advanced support engineer in the following major software platforms. For other software projects and teaching materials check out my GitHub account.

Deep Learning Toolbox (MATLAB)

The Deep Learning Toolbox is the main product in the MATLAB family for designing, training, visualizing and analysing deep neural networks for artificial intelligence applications using MATLAB. I have contributed to the toolbox as a developer and advanced support engineer. Some of my work included the development of the MATLAB version of pretrained image classification models, such as GoogleNet, ResNets and EfficientNets, as well as supporting customers and the community with their deep learning workflows. Occasionally, I also wrote blog entries for MATLAB’s AI blog (here and here).

Pattern Recognition for Neuroimaging Toolbox (PRoNTo)

PRoNTo (Pattern Recognition for Neuroimaging Toolbox) is an open-source free software toolbox based on pattern recognition techniques for the analysis of neuroimaging data. I have contributed to this project since its foundation as a co-developer and researcher, including several publications using this tool, please see my Publications page for more information.

Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM)

The SPM software package is an open-source free (MATLAB-based) software package designed for the analysis of brain imaging data sequences. I have researched novel Bayesian methods for the analysis of functional MRI data to incorporate in the software during my PhD. Some of the methods I have researched can be found here and here. For more information please see my Publications page
